Actually kakakain ko lang ng bagong "hot chilli" flavor at di ako nagkamali, masarap lalo na pag xtra big! Pero mas paborito ko pa rin ung kalamansi flavor. Ask ko lang kung bakit misman may nabibili kaming kalamnsi flavor na iba ang lasa? As in hindi lasang kalamansi? I used to eat [...] pancit canton pero mahal. Ito, MAS MASARAP na, MURA pa!

actually, now that youve mentioned lucky me, i love cooking its pancit canton when i get home from school.... when pagod na pagod ka na from studying the whole day, i need all the energy i can get ^___^ ...parang comfort food na din. sort of a treat for myself =) my fave is chilimansi...

I love pancit canton! And for some strange reason I love instant pancit canton even more than the traditional type that comes in a bilao. I grew up with Lucky Me and tried other brands, but nothing tastes as good. I love Lucky Me!

I lived in northern Luzon 9 differant times over a 8 year period.
While I lived there I learned all the cultures and customs of
of the Philippines. As well as cooking.
I have indroduced many a "round eye" (as Am I) to the delight
of Philippine cooking. Thank you for your wonderful website.
I always was told the Pancit Canton was/is translates in to "Cantones
Spaghetti/Noodles" As Spaghetti was a word given to the noodle by the Italians when they were first brought back these noddles from China by early europian explorers. Therefore I'll assume "Pancit" really means noodles. Cantones were the first people to indroduce the original dish to the Philippines, which later was changed or modified for local taste and available ingredients to become that wonderful dish now know as "Pancit Canton".. And Know You Know The Rest of the Story.....
