PAS to hold convention on Secretaries and Administrative Professional’s week
The Philippine Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals, Inc. (PAS) will be holding a two-day Convention with the theme “A Leap to a Remarkable Difference”, in observance with the worldwide celebration of the Secretaries and Administrative Professionals’ Week.
Universal Robina Corporation Branded Consumer Foods Group (URC BCF) executive vice president Bienvenido Bautista will keynote the occasion, which will be held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel on April 25 and 26.
The activities during the convention will center on enhancing effectiveness in the workplace to help administrative professionals adapt in a diversified and ever changing working environment.
The event will also include an outreach program: “Adopt a Home Improvement Project” in Gawad Kalinga Homes, Merville Paranaque. An administrative Professionals’ Fellowship Night at the Heritage Hotel and Executives’ Night at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel will be held after the convention.
PAS is affiliated with the International Association of Administrative Professionals based in Kansas City, U.S.A. and a founding member of the Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals in Asia Pacific.
Its members include executive secretaries/assistants and administrative professionals from the country’s top 1,000 corporations coming from Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iligan and Cagayan do Oro.
