Thank you for posting this morcon recipe.  I would like to try it but I am having a little difficulty following the instruction

I am at a lost in the part which says "roll the mixture inside the pork strip".   Under ingredients it says chop pork into strips.  Does this mean slice pork into thin, long strips.  Then on each pork strip, add the stuffing/mixture then roll?
Or are you just using one long, thin pork strip, add all of the stuffing and then roll?  Paki clarify lang po, kasi mukhang masarap ang recipe na ito.  Thank you.
