Universal Robina Corporation – Flour Division will be showcasing its products and services in the upcoming Filipino Chinese Bakery Association Inc. (FCBAI) Bakery Fair 2007 at the World Trade Center, Manila from March 8 to 10, 2007. Visit the URC Flour Division Booth No. 259 for baking demonstration on breads, bars and cookies on day 1 (March 8, 2007), breads and pastries on Day 2 (March 9, 2007) and bread and cake varieties on day 3 (March 10, 2007).

With more consumers being health-conscious, URC Flour Division will be conducting a seminar entitled Trends in Healthy Baking. Nicanor Ines, URC Flour Quality Assurance Manager, will share his expertise about the topic on March 8, 2007 (Thursday) at the World Trade Center Seminar Room Lobby from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Bakery owners and hobbyists alike will learn to provide product offerings that will be geared towards wellness.

Finally, URC Flour Division will also provide information that can enhance displays for hobbyists and bakery owners with an on-stage baking demonstration on How to Make an Artistic Bread Display to be conducted by Chef Felinio Afable of Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao on March 10, 2007 (Saturday) at the World Trade Center Main Hall from 10:00AM to 12:00 NN.

With such a packed lineup of activities, URC Flour Division’s participation in the FCBAI Bakery Fair 2007 will surely cater to needs of both bakers and bakery owners.
