Ingredients:
800 g GLOBE First Flour
200 g Continental All-Purpose Flour
20 g Instant Yeast
20 g Salt
40 g Sugar
30 g Olive Oil
550 g Water
Dough Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine GLOBE First Class Flour, CONTINENTAL All-Purpose Flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar, olive oil and water. Knead until smooth dough forms.
2. Punch down dough and roll out into 2 mm-thick sheet, using rolling pin. Let rest for 25 minutes.
3.Bake a 375ºF for 15 minutes. Let cool.
4.Spread pizza sauce and scatter meat toppings, grated cheese, etc. on top of pizza dough.
5.Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes or until the side of the crust turns light brown.
6.Cut the pizza into 4”x4” square. Approximately yields 16 square pizzas for one baking sheet.
