Universal and Globe First Class Flour are high protein hard flour products, ideal for making premium quality yeast–raised breads such as Pan Americano (open-top), tasty breads (closed-top), pan de sal. The high protein content in hard flour indicates a higher level of gluten that results in a more elastic, better-textured bread. The high protein level is also responsible for the increased water absorption of the flour, which provides greater yield for bakery owners.
Universal and Globe are also best used in making pizza crusts and pasta noodles.


White Rose Soft Flour milled from soft wheat and having a protein content of 8.0 – 9.5% is best used in making cookies, pastries, crackers, biscuits, flat breads, some cakes and wafers. Products made from White Rose Soft Flour are characterized by a lower volume and tender bite.

Sampaguita Soft Flour also milled from soft wheat and having a protein content of 8.5 – 9.5% can be used for cookies, flat breads, and pastries. Sampaguita Soft Flour is also good for blending with hard flour.


Blend 100 is recommended for the production of pan de sal, buns, and rolls and other bread varieties intended to have a short bite or be less chewy – this characteristic is achieved as a result of reduced protein content of this specific hard flour.


Continental All-Purpose Flour is URC’s patent flour; it is the purest & highest quality commercial wheat flour available. In this regard, what are the qualifications of having you as suppliers of flours and other baking materials? How much is the estimated initial deposit or investment? What are the requirements? How much is the cost of each flour with specifications? Since i’m new in this business, what can you advise to me in order for me to succeed in this chosen business ventures.
At present i am a government employee, but im planning to retire early and have a business of my own. Since i have skills in baking and cooking, i prefer to invest on baked products and at the same time bakers store supplies.
